Rental Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license.
- Driver must have a valid boater's license. If not, a temporary license can be issued at pickup (free of charge).
- A maximum of 2 temporary licenses can be issued per boat.
- An online course link will be provided with your booking if you'd prefer to obtain the license before pickup.
- A valid credit card is required to hold on file for any loss or damages.

- Gasoline:
- Boats are provided with a full tank. Upon return, the tank will be refilled, and you will be charged for the gas used.

Deposit Requirements:
- Single-Day Rentals: Must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
- Multi-Day Rentals: A 25% deposit is required at the time of reservation, with the remaining balance due at pickup.
Cancellation Policy:
- Multi-Day Rentals:
- Cancellations are allowed up to 7 days prior to pickup. A $50 fee will be deducted from your deposit.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of pickup will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
- Single-Day Rentals:
- Cancellations are not permitted for any reason. NO refunds. Be sure to check the weather before booking.
Modification Policy:
- Modifications are allowed up to 7 days prior to pickup for a $50 fee.
- No modifications can be made within 7 days of the pickup date.
Additional Information:
- No alcohol or drugs are permitted while operating rental boats.
- 2 hour and 4 hour rentals are available on a first come, first serve basis. No reservations permitted.
- U.S. Coast Guard safety equipment is provided free of charge.
- Boats returned after the scheduled return time will incur a late fee of $100 per half hour.
- Parking is limited; please bring only one vehicle per boat for hourly and single-day rentals.
- No refunds for inclement weather or changes in plans. No exceptions.
- Multi day rentals can be picked up on the morning of the first day of rental and returned in the evening of the last day of the rental. The boat can be docked overnight at the customer's dock and throughout the rental period.
- If you are renting the boat on the 4th of July, please be aware you CANNOT take the boat to watch fireworks. There are no lights on the boat.
- The rental season ends on 9/28/25.
